INSIDE THE ARC

Kimmy Quillin teamed up with basketball and art enthusiast Local Hoops to reimagine the beauty and grace found in the elegant lines of basketball courts. Rendered in a Miami-specific palette of oversaturated cotton candy tints, this series of six paintings carries the lightness, energy and positivity of the game through their honed lines.

Showcased December 6-9, 2018 in Miami, Florida, HOMECOURT presents "INSIDE THE ARC": A curated gallery event inspired by the love of basketball. Bringing artists from across the country to showcase their artwork, collaborative live painting experience, and featuring a one of a kind mural by known graffiti artist Birdcap x Amin Zahiry & Local Hoops interactive basketball hoops installation.
